Water Pump Controller Kit helps you to monitor your water level, thus making it a reliable circuit. When the water overflows, the motor turns off automatically. The purpose of this product is to control the motor (water pump). Two wires are connected to indicate the level. One is on the ground and the other is on its level. We can operate the motor by using these wires. When the GREEN led glows, the Water Pump is ON, and if the RED led is ON, the water tank is full, so the motor is OFF. However, if the RED led is ON, the water tank is FULL and the motor is OFF.

The Electric Water Pump Controller, which includes 7404 is a NOT gate IC. It consists of six inverters that perform logical invert action. The output of an inverter is the complement of its input logic state, i.e. when input is high its output is low and vice versa. In this project, a relay driver IC (ULN2803 IC) is used which is used as an amplifier this IC converts low voltage low current to high voltage high current and derives the relay. This IC drives the relay to activate the water pump.

The relay acts as an electromagnetic switch. The output from 7404 IC goes to relay driver IC. This IC amplifies this signal and drives the relay. In this project, two wires use to indicate the level one is ground and the other is pin1 of 7404 IC. If the ground pin is connected to pin 1 of 7404 IC the Water Motor is automatically off means water full’s the tank and motor automatically off.
